Labor not contracted out. An amazing crew of 3. This is a multi pitch multi dormer roof and they worked through wind and low temperatures. Every day the ground level protected and cleaned up at end of shift. Respectful and well mannered. One member performed the multiple gable replacements and absolutely amazing craftsmanship. So pleased. The entire project is a 'work of excellence'. Penfold held true to the contract.
