We got installed new furnace in 2015,the same time the clever technician of Action furnace took off our old home humidifier saying that we don't need anymore the humidifier for house since then we are having trouble and we keep requesting them for new humidifer to install and now for every round they need money and for new humidifer they want extra money..........how one should recommends these kind of companies to any one.

We can't seem to find you in our system. Our install team would have not removed a humidifier without the home owners approval or proof of the humidifier broken. In order to receive a new humidifier we can come out and install one at a cost. Please reach out to our office as we would like to make this right for you.
