My experience was very disappointing, from the call centre to the repairman, everyone was very rude. We paid $360 for rude service and it was only fixed temporarily on Friday and we were without hot water and heat Saturday morning and all weekend. A sales rep came in on the Monday to look into putting a new unit in and again was super unhelpful and passive... still waiting for the issue to be resolved Monday afternoon in February with -20 days. I would never recommend Reliance to a friend... they are not very reliable.
