Men were polite and approachable. They cleared and cleaned up well. I was not completely happy about the finished job. More could have been pruned.

Please be advised that if we were to take any more from the tree, it may have detrimental affects leading into the future. ANSI A300 pruning standards allow up to 25% of live foliage on mature trees and we would be stepping above this if we were to take any more from the canopy.
