We had our windows installed last Oct 2020. I was promised my custom blinds would fit. 10 months later still waiting for them to sort this out. I leave a message at least once a month and nobody replies. We had a crack appear in the glass of one window in April, They were eventually supposed to come out today to replace, when my husband called to see when they would be here they said the glass had got broken in the truck. I'm really not impressed for the money we spent. We could have gone with a company half the price of what we paid, but was impressed with the sales pitch at that time. Not so sure now. Very un satisfied !!!! Ha ha Love the auto response answer... Customer service doesn't return calls nor does the service/installation manager!!!!

We had windows installed just over 3 months ago. The guys that installed did a great job, very quick and clean. I was promised by my salesperson that all my custom blinds would fit. After many calls to the service dept and several visits i'm still waiting for the adjustments to be made. The last time i called the service dept i was told two service tech's would be out a month later. So last week i took a day off work and waited until 2.15 when one guy showed up with not really any idea why he was there. After an hour and fixing one issue he left. I still have 9 blinds that do not fit my windows. It's also been over a week again and have not heard from anybody.. Really not happy
