I called The Great Plumbing Company because of water that was leaking through my basement ceiling. The person I dealt with on the phone was great and was able to book an appointment for me from 8am - 9am the following day. The next morning, I received a call from Jeff to let me know he was on his way. Jeff was on-time, personable, professional and was able to quickly find the source of the leak (my dishwasher), turn off the water to my dishwasher to prevent any further damage and suggest the next steps I need to take to fix the issue. I would highly recommend!
