An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My experience with Action Auger has been positive. I have been happy with their service. Because of this, I have recommended Auction Auger to family and friends. The plumber I had most recently, Steve, is very personable and was very quick and efficient in the work that he did. I did have occasion to call Action Auger back but each time the problem was solved very easily and quickly. I found the girls who do dispatch to be very friendly and helpful.
