Paul recently finished a complete renovation for our oak hardwood stairs. We had the stairs refinished and wrought iron pickets installed. What an amazing job Paul did. He is a true professional. Very talented. And a nice guy to boot! He arrived when he said he would, he was consistent in arriving daily and did a great job cleaning up during and at the end of each day. His work was top quality. We waited a while to have our job schedule but it was worth the wait. Thanks Paul for doing such a great job. We look forward to our next job being scheduled and completed.

Mark did some work at our home during a bathroom renovation two years back. He did great work, very professional and very personable. It’s too bad he’s too busy to answer his own sales calls, because his office admin lacks customer service skills. In speaking to the lady who takes his calls, I didn’t find her to be professional at all. Not only did she not get back to me as she said she would, she was actually rude to me on the phone. It was like I was bothering her with my calls. We have been very lucky finding good contractors on homestars. Mark is one of them, but suggest he invest in a service to take calls.

Paul did an excellent job and his work was of high quality. He did what he said he would do, was on time, both when he came for the quote and as well to complete the work. He even offered to come back for a separate visit to disconnect my old BBQ. A nice guy to boot! Thanks Paul.
