The technician Eli came within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the appliance and came to the conclusion that it would need a new element. He was very calm, polite and explanatory. He tried several times to find the part needed but was not having any luck with the Christmas and New Year holidays approaching. He actually went out of his way to help us and personally found the element needed. He returned the next day and repaired/changed the element in a timely, professional manner. Eli made me feel comfortable, safe and was very in tune to my needs. Thank you Eli and thank you GNA Appliances for hiring someone as knowledgeable, friendly and self directed as Eli!
