Our oven stopped working on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning I called GNA and booked a service call for Thursday afternoon. The technician, Eli, arrived on time and looked at our oven. Explained that the motherboard needed to be replaced. Called to see if the part was available and ordered it. Eli said if he got the part the next day, would try to replace it on Friday. Called to say he would install the part on Monday. Arrived on time for the appointment and promptly installed the new motherboard. Eli was very professional and polite, I would recommend GNA to others.
