We ordered 2 chairs and picked them up from Lazyboy. We got them home and in the first day the chairs started to pill. We called them back and they wanted us to take them back to the warehouse and come and pick out more furniture and than pick it up when it was ready. We said we didn't have any other other furniture because we got rid of ours when we bought new and didn't think we should have to do the pick up and drop off. We went to the store a few times and brought back samples to pick new fabric. We finally found some we liked and than were informed that it was going to cost us $600 more. This was unacceptable. They never told us there was a different price for the other fabric, so we therefore had to pick another fabric. There was no way to just return the chairs for a refund and finally had to take a fabric we were not all that pleased with. When the new chairs were delivered they didn't want to take the other ones away because nobody told them to. They also told us they reported the problem with this fabric and were not selling it any more and this was incorrect, they were still selling it.

What could this company do to improve their services?
There should be a manager or someone you could talk to. We should have been able to get our money back because the product was faulty, not our fault. We should have been informed that some of the samples they gave us would cost more

Find out the return policies and the prices of all fabrics before you purchase.
