New windows and door installed Dec. 1019, Noticed door leaking around frame in Jan. 2020, mild weather. contacted my installer. Been out a few times and last he said is the frame is defective. Getting water damage inside on carpet and floor no matter what i do. He says he is waiting for new frame. Cannot believe it takes 9-10 months to get the correct frame made and delivered. Would really like this solved. Have been in contact with legal, and have been informed that damage would be the responsibility of dealer/installer/Clera. I just want this fixed, before any more damage happens and have to go the legal route.

As per your conversation with our head office and with Jerry your local distributor, he informed you that your door frame will be arriving on Dec 17th. As we all know, we are in the midst of a pandemic and we are trying to do whatever we can and as quick as we can with the limited resources available. The Covid-19 pandemic has made things quite challenging for all of us, several business have seized to operate, the shortage of some raw materials industry-wide, along with fewer people in factory plants has made things very difficult. These disruptions have impacted the timely production of all windows and doors and the timely delivery of your door frame.
