I was referred to this company by an acquaintance of ours who used this company. I had seen there work and liked what they had done. In September I meet with a roofing consultant and got a quote for a metal roof for my residence in Toronto. I was pleased with the consultant and his information and we decided to go with this company. I was contacted by someone from the company on November 13, 2020 who advised me that they would be coming by on November 16, 2020 to drop of the supplies so they could start working on our roof the next day or so. I called the office to November 17, 2020 in the pm to advise that no one had should up. I was advised that because of the weather, they must of been delayed with the previous job and would come on November 18, 2020. I waited until November 19, 2020, but no one showed up and I called the office again. The person I spoke to at the office was not able to give me any information about what was happening. Finally someone showed up on November 20, 2020 in the pm to start working on our roof. I was surprised that there was only one person to work. After the worker had left my residence, I had gone outside to see what was done and found that the later was left up and it was screwed in but I didn't think this should have been left up as it seemed like a safety hazard to me especially since the worker did not return to my residence until a few days after. I am still waiting for them to come and finish the job and there is a lack of communication. I am still waiting to hear back to see when they will be attending my residence to hopefully finish the job. This was suppose to be 1 weeks job and it has now been going on the second week.
