Last week my hot water tank was out, I called Reliance and they came early the next morning. The technician had it up and running very quickly, but did say I need a new one as mine was 12 years old. He also texted my water and discovered that my water softener ( that I have rented from another company for years) was not working. I was scheduled for a replacement of both within in a few days. The technician came (cannot remember the hot water tank technicians name, sorry) but all three including Donald and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I highly recommend them and Reliance as an overall company. Thanks Reliance! Nicola
