On the day of our attic inspection (following a severe snowstorm), Norman arrived on time. He inspected the attic thoroughly, took several pictures, and provided a comprehensive explanation of the situation. On the day of installation, Norman and his crew did an excellent job and left the house in the same condition it was before. Since the insulation top-up, the temperature within our house has been much more even and the comfort level increased drastically. For the excellent job quality and price paid, we highly recommend Mas Air Home Comfort. We also had Mas Air Home Comfort replace our furnace and AC with a new Heat Pump and backup furnace. Again, the crew performed a fantastic job on the day of installation. They left our place in the same condition that they came in. They ensured to make no damage to our basement which was recently renovated. At the end of installation, they tested everything and explained all necessary details I needed to know. We highly recommend Jonathan. For a flat fee, he investigated a septic gas leak in our bathroom through a process of elimination, without setting a time limit. He was very thorough and did not hesitate to crawl in the attic to check our venting system. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us in details.
