My windows were drafty and not working well, so i started looking online. After reviewing the Canadian governments website for Windows, I came up with a list and started researching the top listed companies. After about a week I had a better idea about what i should be looking for in new windows. So i made a call to Nordik and arranged a meeting to discuss their products more in detail. I was impressed i could get an appointment only 2 days from when i called. My representative Joseph Messina arrived on time and we began to discuss my options. Joseph was very knowledgeable and when i managed to ask as question he did not have an answer for he picked up his phone and got me one. That was amazing, he did not make something up or make me wait till he got back to the office or something as other sales people have done. He was easy to talk to and addressed any concerns i had on the spot. We worked through several combinations of windows to compare pricing and finally came up with the solution i needed. My thanks again to Joseph for an overall great experience.
