Absolutely awful workmanship. They are great at marketing to trick people into getting work but the work it self is rubbish.they are full of excuses when things go wrong. They are the most expensive in Burlington. Don’t be fooled by all there awards. These awards can all be manipulated and bought. If you need to see what type of job they did for me you are welcome to see it. Had shingles blown off in two weeks. First and foremost Homestars Awards cannot be bought, they are only earned. Ironically, your review was posted on the very site that is not legitimate in your opinion. Secondly, after you called our office yelling in a very aggressive manner including foul language, which as a side note upset our receptionist so much we had to send her home. Both owners arrived at your home with in half an hour of this call. With you on site and on the roof, the roof was examined and determined to be in perfect condition, with nothing missing. After you realized there wasn't an issue with your roof, you proceeded to question the cost of the completed job. During this conversation you mentioned a roofer of a friend of yours could have done this job much cheaper. You accepted our proposal and then after the work was completed you started to threaten that if we didn't refund some of the money to match your friend's roofer's quote, you would give us a bad review on Homestars. We are a professional company, and as such will not be bullied with slanderous threats. Our reputation is something we take very seriously and we stand by it.
