I called asking Demetri if he could come in. I was changing an outlet hooked up to a double breaker and knocked all the power out of the house. Demetri walked me thru the process to diagnose what I did wrong and we fixed it over the phone. He was patient and kind. I will definitely use his services again! Catherine
