I noticed a AllStars truck a few houses down the street, so I walked up to talk to the driver. I explained my situation about my chimney cover that wasn't proper postioned, likley blown by the wind, Kevin said that he would drop by and have a look but that wasn't really a part of a their job. Kevin came by and went up and fixed the cover. No charge, Companies like this are very rare. I would highly recommend AllStars and a special th ank you to Kevin
