During the first two weeks of October 2020, I employed RCC to do an extensive waterproofing of the exterior of my house and the interior waterproofing of a large basement storage room including the installation of a sump pump. I chose RCC because of the positive overall reviews, it is a large and longstanding company that offered a strong warranty, and because of Mauro -- a very knowledgeable and professional assessor who was very accessible. He made changes to the work order to ensure that all my concerns were dealt with and were identified in the contracts. The crew led by 'Kid', worked hard and efficiently. They did their best to keep the interior and exterior of our home clean despite the 'dirty nature' of the work. Everyone involved were polite and respectful. I was very satisfied with the work completed by RCC, which was necessitated to correct deficiencies of prior remedies by others.

In mid-October 2020 I employed BVB Construction to replace the caulking on our home's many windows and doors, and repair water-related damage to the stucco and stonework that framed our double garage. The latter involved removing the ornamental stone caps, repairing and waterproofing the affected areas, stuccoing, and finally resetting/sealing the stone caps. I was very satisfied with the completed work, and especially the diligence, expertise and neatness. As with this type of repair work, an unexpected problem cropped up which they remedied even though it required them to do more than originally contracted for. Their attention to detail was paramount, and ensured that our family was happy with the colours chosen to match the existing palette. Because of periodic rain, they kept me informed of their daily progress and attendance via email. I highly recommend BVB Construction. Both Burim and Feris are extremely polite and knowledgeable gentlemen, with a strong attention to detail. They focus on only one job at a time, and offer competitive pricing.
