Service was for snaking & camera inspection for a clogged residential sewer main, due to tree roots and pipe damage. Valentin from Strong Plumbing responded very promptly to my request for more info & a quote, even after hours. He booked the service in on short notice and accommodated my first choice of day. He responded quickly to messages and let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving. He completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality and was friendly and knowledgeable. Valentin was upfront and fair with pricing. He also offered options for long term, more permanent repair solutions. I would hire him again for other plumbing or drain issues.
