As I was cleaning out my garage we realized there was a bunch of oil accumulation on the overhead motor that controlled the garage gate. It was kind of gross and sometimes the motor oil would drip on to my car. The gate was also not opening smoothly, and would sometimes pause. We decided it may be worthy to simply get a new motor that would be much more efficient and cleaner. Genie - A&J Mac Doors had many options, and even some greener options. Being environmentalists, we bought into the Green motors and am very happy with their service and products!

They assessed our situation by coming to our residence and suggested installation of several cabinets and shelves, and helped us organize our things. They also threw away (with our permission) a lot of junk. Now my garage is like a decent, organized, big storage room. Way to go Clever Quarters!

There was an increasing amount of bees in my yard which led me to discover a beehive in on a tree in my yard. I was unsure what to do as knocking the beehive down would trigger the bees to come out and to sting me. I saw Alpha Pest Management on a local ad which advertised for this service so I gave them a call. They came within a few hours to seal the beehive and removed it for me. Very clean job without any surprises. I am happy with their service.
