We understood that this is a very busy time for plumbing services. The owner Daniel was quick to call us within 1 hour after the online request for service and we booked a time for the job estimate. Only one other vendor called us back after 4 days and would not send anyone out for an estimate (a basic labor charge over the phone). (Homestars' referral service sends customer's request out to 5 vendors for bidding). Plumber Michael was on time at 8am and finished around 10:30. He kept us informed throughout the repairs and took photos of the repairs. His work was tidy and thorough, even demonstrated how to do a minor repair for future needs. Estimate was fair, labor and parts & tax (75 yr old detached home). -2 dish sinks replaced old clogged undersized pipes and power auger to clear pipes down to basement level, and 1 bathroom leaking sink and 1 toilet slow flush. Was willing to do a last minute repair to replace outside faucet. My wife and I are very satisfied. We will definitely use and refer Pristine Plumbing for future services to friends and family.
