After getting competitive quotes, I chose more expensive Clera as I assumed that this investment would deliver a superior product and service. There were many delays that were advised only after I contacted the sales person. I thought the window installation (when it finally happened) went well until I noticed that the lower panel/trim not only was in two pieces but had not been properly sealed with silicone. These concerns have still not been addressed. Additionally the middle window (that is just a window) was set in deeper than the two side windows (that open up) and am now unable to reinstall the blinds. I did not anticipate having to buy new blinds in addition to new windows. I am not comfortable sharing what I paid but I thought the price was fair.
