We needed to replace our patio door which was the original when our home was built 30+ years ago. Haim arrived to provide a quote and was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, zero sales pressure unlike other companies we had providing quotes. Arcana offered very competitive pricing with a reasonable deposit amount and payment schedule. Day of installation the gentlemen we had in our home were courteous and professional. They were efficient and their work was flawless. To say we are thrilled with our new door is an understatement; it has surpassed expectations!
