I had a leak in my 1st floor ceiling and there was toilet right above it and our guess was the toilet was leaking so we made inquiry on Home Stars. We got a call almost immediately and a visit to our home was made to assess the situation. The toilet was disassembled completely and it was found that the toilet seal was broken. We were asked to buy the toilet seal and that the plumber would be back to install it. We were unsure of what type of toilet seal to buy as we have no clue about the toilets so we call numerous times and never got a response back. I had a toilet in my tub and hole in bathroom floor for a week before it was fixed. They went AWOL and charged me $255.
