In November 2019 I contacted Optima Windows to replace my Windows based on the reviews that I read online. From initial consultation with Alena till the time when the installers left the house, I couldn’t be more pleased. Anastasia from the office was very responsive when scheduling and providing updates, everything was installed within less than a day, the left my house very clean like nothing happened.
