Our home is 50 years old, and in the winter for the past two years we have been experiencing heat loss. It was time to re-insulate the attic. From my internet search I contacted three organizations. Mike for Ideal Insulation was the only one who spend 45 minutes investigating our issues in the attic. He was very thorough. Other organizations spend 5-10 mins. Mike took pictures and explained clearly the process required to re-insulate the attic. The bathroom exhaust fans were not code sufficient, and Mike provided contact for contractor that would complete the job. The final estimate from Mike was extremely competitive. His crew (Jason and Steven) arrived on time at 7am to commence the project. They were very professional in their manners and ensured poly covered all furniture in our bedroom where the attic access was. the job is not easy, to sit in the attice and spend eight hours vacuuming the old insulation. I highly respect workers who do this job. The crew cleaned after the job was completed. Ideal Insulation has left an iimpression on me of a professional contractor who perform excellent work at competitive rates.
