just say NO.. Would not take installation booklet for stove. Installed counter and cabinets too high , stove could not adjust to height . Now the counter itself has high spots ,can not get a good seal around sink due to bumps under the surface. To be fair pete said they would take the counter back to the shop and peel the surface off,sand down the wood and reapply the surface . This repair would take three or more weeks ?? hmm why not make a new counter with a flat surface to begin with ?? I declined the repair due to the fact that he seemed to be pulling my leg (so to speak),repairing the counter the way he said he would be lobour intense($) and the repaired top would be worse than the original.And then the estimate time was in doubt because they never repaired what they said they would all along. I need a counter and sink in the kitchen .I suppose I will have to live with it for a while. Adjusted money owing due to shoddy product.Just say no to this company .

Be very careful that what you ask for is CLEARLY MARKED on the contract .I was in the showroom for the writing of the contract and asked the sales person if the sample on the wall was the frame insulation we had asked for and would be getting . He looked at what I was pointing to and said yes .I had asked for the insulation feature before he told us it would be included as a promo of the day. There were no marks on the contract as to what type of window to build.The first set of windows were not insulated . You can not tell if the window frame and sash are insulated by looking at the unit.. After much travel back and forth and much discussion they agreed to make new insulated windows and replace the first set . When they were removing the first set they uncovered a partialy done first job. One bead of insulation instead of two and damaged siding.This stuff is hidden from sight on the finished job .
