Fabulous experience right from the beginning! Our salesman Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the products and presented us with many options. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had throughout the process. Upon installation, Joe contacted us to ensure we were happy with the windows as well as the installation team. On the day of installation, Serge and his crew worked diligently to remove and install our windows. The entire crew was professional and friendly. They were meticulous about both the installation and the clean up. I look forward to working with Joe as well as Serge and his team for my future window and door upgrades.
