Salesperson sold windows with pitch of greener homes grant. Poor service caused losing 2000.00 discount

Hey there, sorry to see you were not satisfied with the service you received. We do not give discounts for products beyond what is agreed to at the time of the sale so we are surprised to hear you were expecting a further price reduction. The Greener Homes Grant is a government grant available to homeowners to apply to through the Nation Resources Canada website and is intended to incentivize the purchase of high efficiency home upgrades. Many of our products qualify for the grant including our double pane RevoCell windows which qualify for the maximum rebate amount with no add ons or upgrades to triple pane required.

Very meticulous. There was a lot of water damage and All is now repaired and water tight. Great work. Reasonable rates and very reliable

Vail Renovations was amazing to work with. Very honest and reliable. They renovated our Master Bedroom and Ensuite, 3 other bedrooms and the main bath as well as built an outdoor deck / stairs in front of our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Vail Renovations
