In Nov. 2009 we had four med/lg windows, a large dining room window and a huge living room window replaced. The others in the house had been done previously. The living room window was also changed to become a bow window instead of a plain, flat window. The installers worked very quickly, safely and cleanly and finished in 3-4 hours. The windows all looked good and were well sealed. All we had to do was paint the modifications needed to convert the living room window to the bay design. Definitely outside their scope of work. A year ago (2019) one wall of the house shifted a bit and created a small gap on one side of a window. I called about it and a technician was sent out and he adjusted the window at no charge. In May 2020, I had a medical emergency that required the police to break into the house. Surprisingly, the only damage was breaking one of the night stops on one of the new windows. I called and explained to Sandra what had happened and asked about buying a replacement. It seems they work in pairs and she sent me two replacements at no charge so I could change them myself. I didn't think a technician needed to be scheduled for something so simple. I would highly recommend this company for new windows. The new windows were ready a week earlier than estimated, installation was very professional and they have stood behind their product.
