So far my first appointment has snowballed into 3 seperate visits. First time was poor employee performance by Emma and forgotten seed bag Second time was a reapplication which was much better than the first time. But my seed was forgotten again. Finally got my seed before the weekend on a third appointment in a span of a week. My experience with you guys is new and it's been an inconvenience having to email customer service to make sure your employees actually applying the product does the job. So the people who come to my house get a 3/5 But your customer service team gets a 5/5 for being helpful and quick on the fixes. The overall job you guys do is a 4/5 so far! I haven't had enough time to see the full process
