Radoslav responded to my message quickly and we were able to set up a mutually agreeable time for him to come to the house. I was not on site, and Radoslav had no issue with wearing a mask when I told him the tenant was concerned about that. This is crucial during the pandemic. Radoslav called me during the work to ask questions about colour of the lock and extra keys. He did the job quickly and efficiently and sent pictures when it was done. The tenant and I are very happy. Would definitely recommend him. PS: The review is showing me as being in Hamilton for some reason, but I am in Toronto.
