Sadly (for me anyway), this is the second time that I've needed On Side's services. The first time that I needed them, I had a lot of damage and they responded accordingly. This time there was less damage and I didn't think that it was something that needed immediate attention like the first time. I was pretty confident in my belief that the repairs were going to be delayed due to the scope of the project. I was wrong. They treated this job exactly like the last one, it was important to them. The team was great througout the whole process and the work looks great! I hope that I never see them again, but if I do, I know that the job will be done correctly.

Ted, our sales rep, was thorough and provided us with several options with no pressure. The install went well with just a few snags but in the end it all got fixed. The furnace works beautifully. We would recommend them for your furnace needs.
