I was hearing noises in my attic. SWAT Wildlife was referred to me by another pest control company. Randy came and asked me to tell him about my problem first and then proceeded to do a walk around inspection of the house and then did an inspection of the roof and finally inside the attic. He explained the issue to me and let me know what he would do and the company's warranty. He completed the work, told me how long it would take before the issue would stop and told me if I had any issues in the warranty period to call them and they would come back to look at it. Randy was very polite and friendly and fully explained everything to me.
