Joe, who was knowledgeable and very pleasant, was quick to come, pick up the carpet and return it in a timely fashion. The carpet looked wonderful - colours were vibrant, the new fringe made the carpet look like new, and the lustre was restored. I was very pleased to have this carpet look so much better than it had. My mother would have been thrilled!
