Chouinard Bros. has been great. Everyone that I dealt with were very professional. They answered all my questions, and when there was any issues, they dealt with them on a timely basis. This is a welcome change that I have had recently with other trades people. They always arrived when they said they would and understood the customer service model. At the end of the job, the weather was turning cold, but they were very diligent in cleaning up the area before they left. I received a follow up call ensuring that all was fine.
