Overall an excellent experience I had not been happy with my old eaves troughs for a while...leaks, plugs etc..in fact in late Feb I started to get some water issues that I discovered was caused by a plugged downspout... I went online to find a local contractor and was blown away by the incredible reviews for TEC, so I decide to contact them.... the customer service and response you receive when you phone them is top notch... Wendel came out the next day to give me a quote...before I signed up and even before he gave me the quote he unplugged my downspout to eliminate my immediate issue...the quote looked fair and Wendell answered any questions i had, and I signed up for the eavestrough replacement... due to the pandemic, I had to wait until they were considered essential business...they phoned me this morning and said they had an opening today...they came and replaced the eavestroughs and downspouts...looks fantastic....great workmanship...nice guys...perfect cleanup afterwards
