Rozon did a repair over my garage on April 24, 2020. The house was later put up for sale but independent house inspector flag the roof work as a risk for future owners as it exposes them to water damage. THe flashing was inappropriately finished. Nails can be seen on the surface (not under shingles). Flashing is warped and raised with no weatherproofing allowing ice/snow to get under. Rozon deny any wrong doing and blame the house inspector for damaging flashing and adding nails on the roof.
