I was SO grateful that you were able to squeeze us in earlier than our scheduled appointment to help with our unique raccoons in the attic situation. Blake was super responsive, smart and thoughtful. The only thing that would have been better is if he could have magically found a way to get to the baby raccoons in the basement wall. Tragic ending AND I am glad that Blake was here to guide us through the ordeal.

Hi Lori, it was a sad situation that resulted from the roofer inadvertently closing the hole that the raccoon was using to exit the roof, although it is not that uncommon. Over the years we have run into countless situations where roofers close an active entrance hole and trap the animal inside the attic. I am glad Blake was able "guide you through the ordeal".
