We contracted Golden Horseshu Living to add a deck to the back of our house. During the initial process we were impressed by how quickly they were able to generate an estimate and then with their follow up. They showed a real interest in our project but were never pushy. I am also impressed with how they communicated to us during the build. I was informed of what was going on at all times and it was good to know how things were proceeding. It is not guaranteed that any contractor will do what he says he will do and I have had bad experiences in the past. These guys showed up when they said they would and finished on time and on budget. They are very efficient and don’t waste any time. The work itself is beautiful. The deck is straight and square. The boards are perfectly spaced and aligned. They took time to clean up every day and even moved our BBQ up onto the deck before they left. I appreciate their attention to detail and any suggestions they made were great and showed that they have the experience and knowledge to ensure a great outcome. Lastly, I want to express how pleasant and easy to deal with the entire crew was. They are all super guys who care about what they do. The entire experience was a rare pleasure.
