Two years ago we reached out to Jim at MAXgreen for assistance from our home on Vancouver Island where there is no MAXgreen, and we did it again! He helped guide us in understanding our windows, this time we were having issues with condensation. Jim patiently walked us through possible issues we may have and how to rectify them. We shared photos with him and he provided information and feedback until we had resolved the issue.
