Workers walked in and throughout polished hardwood floors without taking shoes/boots off. Were not very receptive to making adjustments. A set of Keys were not supplied for each door.

As per my conversation with the branch manager(John)and the office administrator(Cindy)you purchased a front door,side door and a laundry room door, all keyed the same. The manufacturer provided you with a key for each door, which is the norm.In order to keep you happy John agreed to provide you with additional keys at his cost. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so due to the pandemic crisis. As soon as the crisis if over he will contact you to make arrangements to provide you with the extra keys.Dear concerns,
