I am rating this company as such because the response time and service was very good. I was under the impression that the flat fee would be less expensive. It was most definitely not! I had called another plumber but was awaiting a response. Reading the positive reviews gave me faith in the company. I received a text indicating that one plumber was on his way to do the job. This made sense as it was a small job: a plugged drain and shut off valves that needed adjusting .At no point was I told two plumbers would be there. If so, I would have cancelled the appointment. The initial quote was 469 including the consultation fee. At that point as I was not actually there as my daughter and boyfriend live there, I did not know there were two plumbers working. It was only after the fact. I questioned the quote abc they gave me the subscription price. That was helpful but that job was way too overpriced. The other plumber called me back the next day and said it would have been $180.00 max and only one plumber needed. When I queried this twice, I received no response. This company is very good with responding before the job but very bad with customer service after the fact: dealing with a legitimate concern. I strongly suggest shopping around. Good customer service should always include responding to customer concerns.

You're right, good customer service should include addressing concerns, and I sincerely apologize that you were not followed up with to discuss your concerns with your invoice. This was an oversight on our part.
