A raccoon had made a hole in our roof to gain entrance to a sheltered place. We were made aware of it by the noise he made while removing shingles and roof planks. Blake, the technician from Gates Animal Control, very kindly and professionally explained the situation and had pictures supporting it. He also explained the process he will follow to solve the problem. After a couple of visits to confirm that the raccoon was gone, he completed the work and, so far, we had no further problems.
