Our oven required repair (element not working) and technician Eugene was assigned to our case. I found him to be very pleasant, and he has great communication (we were able to schedule all appointments easily via phone call). Eugene clearly has great knowledge of his trade, which allowed him to work extremely quickly on our repair service. The diagnostic work was completed on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday morning Eugene was back at our apartment with a replacement part. I would certainly recommend Eugene to anyone, he is fantastic!
