Phillip and his son Jake came to our home promptly. They were professional and courteous. Phillip explained how the cleaning would proceed; what steps were involved and what kind of noise level would occur. They had all the necessary materials to ensure that my home remained clean. They laid down carpet and floor protectors and left no debris behind. They took before and after photos of the ducts and shared them with us. (Yuck and Wow!) They were super knowledgeable and very efficient. As an aside, we had just had new countertops delivered. I was not happy with the placement. They removed them and helped me to put them in their proper place. I would highly recommend Phillip and Jake again. In fact, I already have. They have an appointment at my friend’s house next week.
