Sales: after the sale contract signed, I had a very hard time to reach the salesman. Internal Services: Called the head offices several times prior to the installation, with the promise of a response. Unfortunately, they referred me to my sale rep, which did not call me back, or forwarded my enquiries to another internal area, which did not respond. Installation: Gislain and his partner Kyle were very professional. Answered all our questions and flagged any issues that needed attention. This installation team went beyond their jobs duties to ensure that the product and the service was at the highest standard and met our satisfaction. We do recommend the Installation team. they are 10/10 Unfortunately for the sale rep and the internal head office they are below satisfaction. I would say that Marie-Claude finding installation date saved the contract. And Gislain providing crucial information on his day off regarding two windows, resulted in ensuring that all pertinent documents were obtained. Verdun does have a very good product (I researched before purchased) however, if I have a problem with one of my products, my first reaction will most likely be to ask for Gislain.
