He did a great job I think (what do I know about plumbing lol) but I did notice something after he left. In our air ducts coming off the furnace, a piece of high-temp foil tape was removed thus allowing air to escape from a 3/4" hole. I sat there and wondered "why is that hole exposed?" I reviewed my photos from before the installation and the hole was covered. I know the tech was working right at that spot and maybe he accidentally removed it. Anyways, I couldn't give "Very Satisfied" as that little hole was clearly exposed by the tech and went unnoticed during his final checkups. The hot water tank works great. Installation went flawlessly. I'd recommend ProTech Plumbing for sure.
